This is a such a simple and powerful model Miche. I love how you shared the framework and showed the application in a case study. I imagine you could organize a ton of these case studies into categories so that people facing similar issues could greatly benefit from reading them. Like in a book. : )

Thank you Rick. There are definitely categories. People get stuck on all kinds of things:

• Should I start my own business

• Should I quit my job

• Should I go to school

• Should I break up with my partner

• What should I do next

• Where should I focus my time

These could be interesting chapters. I hadn't thought of organizing the book in that way. I love the idea because then it's more like a reference book. Thanks for planting the seed!

...love that framework...really cool application in this narrative also...congrats to you and him...what a joy it is to unwind a situation and reframe it...especially one you get stuck or trapped by...here's to hoping he gets all the $$ and all the future he is seeking...

Thank you! It’s been a fun journey developing it. The sessions are rewarding. People come in feeling hopeless or frustrated and leaving feeling relieved and confident.

I’m sure he will. I’m looking forward to watching his journey unfold

I love the questions! They are so simple yet so powerful. The art is in knowing which questions to ask and when, and you're great at it.
